Draw up the purchasing plan for the materials needed on site and scheduling arrival times and delivery methods, noting any special materials.

Technically supervise the execution of the work, ensuring that the “good workmanship” is observed.

Draw up a financial programme, relating production to its costs, the issuing of progress reports and the related collection, all in relation to the unit of time.
