Andrea Russiello founded Mya srl. back in 2012 together with his wife and colleague Micol Maiga. His role is to coordinate all the players involved in the complicated process of realising a building – whether it is a renovation or a new construction – and to manage all implementation stages: excavations, reinforced concrete, finishing works and the furnishing of interiors and gardens.

Andrea is a registered architect as well as a project manager. His high specialisation and experience in the field define his approach, which makes the difference in the solutions he proposes to his clients: he is able to fully understand both the tangible difficulties in carrying out a work, and those related to the construction and renovation process.

As head and contact person of Mya srl., Andrea is personally responsible for bringing together all professionals, dictating the rhythms within the established timeframes and taking care of customisations and details.

Thanks to his skills and flexibility, over time he has set up a network of trusted, highly specialised partners. These are professionals, craftsmen and companies chosen ad hoc for each project, who work on the design, operational and implementation levels.
